ORDERING & PAYMENT

How do I place an order?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Stripe, PayPal, and bank transfer. Payment must be completed within 3 business days of placing your order. Learn more in our Terms of Service.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, canvas and paper prints enter production immediately and cannot be cancelled or modified. For original artworks, contact us at support@adrapaintings.com as soon as possible – if production hasn't started, we may be able to help. See our Shipping & Returns policy for more details.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping services. All artworks are carefully packaged for safe delivery. Learn more about our packaging in Shipping & Returns.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does shipping take?
Canvas & Paper Prints: 2-3 days production + 3-7 days shipping (EU/UK) or 5-10 days (USA/Canada/Australia)
Original Artworks: 2-5 days preparation + delivery time varies by destination

Where do you ship from?
Canvas and paper prints are produced and shipped from our partner's closest facility (global network). Original artworks ship from Warsaw, Poland. Learn more in our Shipping & Returns policy.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination. For detailed information about international shipping, see our Shipping & Returns page.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours. More details in our Shipping & Returns section.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and product selection. For more information, visit our Shipping & Returns page.
Will I have to pay customs fees?
For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These charges are determined by your country and are the customer's responsibility. Learn more in our Shipping & Returns policy.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return my order?
Canvas & Paper Prints: No. These are produced specifically for your order and are considered personalized goods under EU law. Returns and exchanges are not possible unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Original Artworks: Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return an original painting if you're not satisfied. The artwork must be returned in pristine condition. You're responsible for return shipping costs.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us at support@adrapaintings.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. For canvas and paper prints, we'll arrange a free replacement. For original artworks, we'll work with you to resolve the issue. See our Shipping & Returns policy for complete procedures.
How do I initiate a return for an original artwork?
Email support@adrapaintings.com with your order number. We'll provide return instructions and the return address. The artwork must be undamaged and securely packaged. Full instructions are available on our Shipping & Returns page.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned original artwork, we'll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For more information, see our Return Policy and Terms of Service.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

What's the difference between canvas prints and original artworks?
Canvas and paper prints are high-quality reproductions produced on-demand. Original artworks are unique, one-of-a-kind paintings created by the artist. Learn more about our products and their production in our Terms of Service.
What materials are used for prints?
Our canvas prints use premium poly-cotton blend canvas with archival-grade inks. Paper prints are produced on museum-quality fine art paper. All prints are made to order – see our Shipping & Returns page for production details.
Do prints come framed?

Can I request a custom size?

Are the colors accurate to what I see online?

QUALITY & CARE

How should I care for my canvas print?
Keep your canvas print away from direct sunlight and moisture. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use water or cleaning products. For questions about damaged items, see our Shipping & Returns policy.
How should I care for my original artwork?
Hang away from direct sunlight and humidity. Dust carefully with a soft brush. Consider professional framing with UV-protective glass for long-term preservation. If you need to return an original, check our Return Policy.
What if I notice a defect after receiving my order?

COPYRIGHT & USAGE

Can I reproduce or resell the artwork?
No. Purchasing artwork gives you ownership of the physical item only, not the copyright. You may not reproduce, copy, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without written permission. See our Terms of Service for complete copyright information.
Can I use the artwork for my business?
Personal display is fine. For commercial use (advertising, merchandise, etc.), contact us at support@adrapaintings.com for licensing options. Full copyright details are in our Terms of Service.
