1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days depending on product type. Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a notification. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Product Types & Fulfillment

2.1. Canvas Prints & Paper Prints

Canvas and paper prints are produced on demand by our fulfillment partner using a global network of production facilities. Your order is automatically routed to the closest available facility to ensure faster delivery and reduced shipping costs.

  • Production time: 2-3 business days

  • Shipping method: Courier services (DPD, FedEx, DHL)

  • Estimated delivery after production:

    • EU: 3-7 business days

    • UK: 3-7 business days

    • USA/Canada/Australia: 5-10 business days

2.2. Original Artworks

Original paintings are carefully packaged and shipped from Warsaw, Poland.

  • Preparation time: 2-5 business days

  • Shipping method: Premium courier services (DHL, FedEx, DPD)

  • Delivery time: Varies by destination

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and selected products. We strive to provide competitive shipping rates while ensuring your artwork arrives safely.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number(s) once your order has been dispatched. Tracking information becomes active within 24 hours.

5. International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide. For destinations outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authorities and must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

6. Damages in Transit

We take exceptional care in packaging all artwork to protect it during shipping. If your order arrives damaged:

For Canvas & Paper Prints:

  • Contact us at support@adrapaintings.com within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging

  • Retain all original packaging materials for potential insurance claims

  • We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you

For Original Artworks:

  • Contact us at support@adrapaintings.com within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photographs of damage and packaging

  • Keep all packaging materials

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue

7. Return Policy

7.1. Canvas Prints & Paper Prints – No Returns

Canvas and paper prints are produced specifically for your order based on your product selection. Under EU consumer law (Article 38(3) of Directive 2011/83/EU), these products are considered personalized goods made to your specifications and are therefore non-returnable.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for canvas and paper prints unless they arrive damaged or defective (see Section 6).

7.2. Original Artworks – 14-Day Return Window

For original paintings, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return if you are not completely satisfied.

How to Return an Original Artwork:

  1. Contact us at support@adrapaintings.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return (optional)

  2. We will provide return instructions

  3. Securely package the artwork in its original packaging or equally protective materials

  4. Ship the artwork back to the address we provide

Return Conditions:

  • The artwork must be returned in pristine, undamaged condition

  • Damaged artworks will not be accepted

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service

  • We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork:

  • We will email you to confirm receipt and approval/rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days

  • The refund covers the artwork price and standard shipping costs (if applicable)

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

8. Important Notes

  • Custom-commissioned paintings or specially personalized items cannot be returned under any circumstances

  • Delivery time estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by factors beyond our control (weather, customs, courier delays)
